Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zeninvo (“Zeninvo”, “we”, “us”) at https:/zeninvo.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Zeninvo is free online invoicing software. It lets you create and manage invoices, store clients and saved items, customize invoice templates, generate PDFs, email invoices to clients, record payments, and share invoices via secure links. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice before discontinuing important functionality.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zeninvo. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Notify us promptly at hi@zeninvo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the business data you enter, including client details, invoice line items, payment records, logos, and templates. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service—for example, generating PDFs, sending emails you request, and displaying invoices to people you share links with.

4. Invoice sharing & visibility

Invoices can be public or private. Public invoices can be viewed by anyone with the link. Private invoices require the access key included in the private share link. You are responsible for choosing the correct visibility before sharing an invoice and for keeping access keys confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zeninvo to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, phishing messages, or fraudulent invoices
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Access another user’s account or data without authorization

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

6. Payments & tax responsibility

Zeninvo helps you issue invoices and record payment status. We are not a payment processor, bank, or accounting firm unless we explicitly say otherwise. You are solely responsible for invoice accuracy, pricing, taxes, legal compliance, and collecting payment from your clients.

7. Free service

Zeninvo is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms and communicate pricing before charging you.

8. AI insights (optional)

The dashboard may offer optional AI-generated business insights based on aggregated invoice statistics from your account. If enabled, summary data may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate that insight. AI output is informational only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Availability & disclaimers

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control may cause downtime. Zeninvo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeninvo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your associated data, subject to limited backup retention described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
